Park profile:
Dalian Gulf Industrial Park is a new industrial area in Dalian Pulandian Economic Development Zone, named after Gulf Bridge nearby Shenyang-Dalian Expressway. Its land area totals 36 km2, including 15.6 km2 for the first phase of construction. Only 70 km away from Dalian Gulf Industrial Park to downtown Dalian, 70 km to Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport, 50 km to Dayaowan Port as well as Double-D Port. Heilongjiang-Dalian Railway and Shenyang-Dalian Expressway run through it. A sophisticated traffic network covering railway, waterway, landway and airway extends in all directions.

Supporting facilities:
Two special access railroad lines in the Park extend to Changchun directly. Two sets of 66 KV substation supply 160,000 KW electric power each day. The quantity of daily water supply comes up to 50,000 tons, facilities such as electric power, communication, road, sewage conduit are equipped well, and "Six Supplying and One Leveling" has been completed.

Industrial orientation:
Two major industries include equipment manufacturing and manufacturing of electronics, apparatus and instrument.

Investment climate:
Follow-up service and broker agent service are available for the enterprises to enter the Park for the formalities of project initialization, takeover of land, environmental protection, registration and loan. All formalities can be finished within three days. The whole Park is "Free of Charge," which means only stipulated fees are to be paid to the State, and the enterprises in the Park are free of all administrative charges for tax. The Park's land is an industrial estate, and a land-use certificate can be granted. Besides preferential policies provided by the State, new enterprises in the Park can obtain ones on land transfer fee and discount fiscal interest.
