Dalian Songmu Island Chemical Industrial Zon is located 40 kilometers to southwest of dalian city,the west bordered to Bohai gulf. Planning area is 35 square kilometers in the Zone,the period of construction is 11 years, it will construct 7.8 quare kilometers in the first period,the meantime is from 2006 to 2007 .The zone will construction 8.2 square kilometers in the second period,the meantime is from 2008 to 2010.And it will construct 19 square kilometers,the meantime is from 2011 to 2016.
