Preference Policy

I. Enterprises and institutions registered at Dalian Hi-tech Industry Zone Ganjingzi Subsidiary may enjoy preference policy offered by the zone.

II. To non hi-tech enterprises or private-owned enterprises which start ratepaying at the first year of production will receive Enterprise Support Fund, 30% of paid sales and income tax of enterprises, by Township Finance Ministry.

III. The transfer fee of land use right will be 20%-80% off in accordance with technical level and investment scale of hi-tech enterprise investors in the Zone.

IV. The project with $4 million (￥30 million) total investment and above may pay transfer fee of land use right by installments.

V. Enterprises with big investment in the Zone may pay land rental by installments.

VI. Hi-tech enterprises verified by Dalian municipal government may enjoy preferential policy in accordance with Regulations On Dalian People Government Support To Hi-tech Enterprises (DGD No. [2000]17 documents).

VII. Agencies or individuals that introduce investment to the Zone will get 0.2-0.4% introduction fee paid by benefited enterprises. If invested enterprises are operated on purchased by investors, the investors will receive 3-5% of transfer fee as bonus offered by Administration Committee of the Zone; if enterprises are operated at rented land, investors of the enterprises will be given 80% of rental as bonus offered by landowners.

VIII. Investors will be offered a complete set of service from project's establishment to land approval under the assistance of working staff of the Zone.

IX. Important investors who leave positive influence to the development of the Zone will receive certain political treatment.

X. Township government can change the state of permanent registered residence of investors and their direct relatives, if their total investment is over ￥5 million. In addition, the investors will get 15% discount of the purchasing buildings expense in the Zone.

XI.Enterprises, which made great contibution to economic and social development of Ganjingzi Town, will receive the most preferential treatment.

XII. This regulation is available only for the enterprises registered and ratepaying at Ganjingzi Zone Industrial and Commercial Administration.
